Motivational goals
The goals you make are only limited by how much you would like to achieve. Goals are compiled so that as you are working towards your goal, you can see your achievements. In other words, you are making SMART goals (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Realistic and with Timeframes).
Health
Taking care of yourself has become more of a focus for a lot of people these days.
- How is your current health plan/routine going?
- What are three things that you are doing regularly that don’t serve or support you in your daily health plan?
- On a scale of 1 – 10, how much do you want to make changes?
Relationships
Relationships are not easy at the best of times and misunderstandings can occur because of simple miscommunications. This can be relationships with your partner, family, friend, manager, work colleague or with the people that come into our life in general.
- Is there a relationship in your life that you would like to be different i.e. improve/end/begin?
- How about the relationship you have with yourself?
- If your relationship was IDEAL, what’s one thing that would be different?
Career
In today’s society a lot more people are thinking about, or actually, changing jobs and changing careers. Interests in the job could have lessened over time or perhaps the person has become dissatisfied with what they originally chose as their career.

- If not, what would be your ideal career – if you could do anything?
- Perhaps you are sick of working for someone else and would like to start your own business?
Financial
Being able to achieve financial security is something most people want to some degree.
