- What do I need to bring to coaching?
Yourself and a note pad if you would like to write things down. Everything else will be given out in the form of handouts and homework.
- What if I don’t know the answers to the questions the life coach asks me?
There is no right or wrong questions in coaching. We work together for you to achieve the goals and outcomes you set yourself. I will always be there to guide you should you have any difficulties or queries.
- Where do I send the follow up emails to if I have a phone consultation?

- How often can I attend life coaching sessions?
How often you attend coaching is really dependent on you, your goal and what you would like to get out of life coaching. It is suggested that sessions take place fortnightly to allow you time in between to achieve your actions within the goals you set, but not too much time so that your goals become less of a priority. However, this is also flexible around your expectations.
- Can a package be tailored to meet my needs?
Life coaching is designed to assist and guide you to be able to achieve your life’s potential. Therefore, sessions are tailored around your needs.
- What if I can only attend a limited number of sessions?
If you can only attend 4 sessions or less, then sessions would be fast tracked in order to include the areas that are important to you. Your needs will be discussed in a phone consultation.
- How many sessions are there in the basic package?
There are ten sessions that make up the model.
- Who is responsible for achieving my goals?
When you commit to life coaching sessions, you take responsibility not only for your goals but for your life. The outcome of your goals will be determined by the energy you put into them.
- How would I know that the sessions will be confidential?
A confidentiality agreement is signed by the Life Coach at your first session.
- What is the difference between life coaching and therapy or counseling?
A life coach will be there to guide you and assist you in working towards your goals by getting you to focus on solutions. Sessions are very interactive and the person being coached takes responsibility for their goals. In therapy or counselling, someone is there to listen to the personal problems or issues you have in your life. There are no goals being set and you are not asked to be responsible.
- What qualifies you to call yourself a life coach?
I have a degree in Psychology, Practitioner in NLP, completed various life coaching short courses and have worked as a Social Worker for numerous years with different clientele where goals have been set in different areas of the client's life.
- Can you guarantee results with life coaching?
I can guarantee results. Life coaching gives you the tools you need to achieve your goals and works on any obstacles to ensure you reach your dreams. However, this is also based on the commitment that you make to yourself to achieve your goals.
- Are coaching sessions over the phone?
Life Coaching sessions can be over the phone, face to face and via email. However, we do like to meet the client and face to face sessions are recommended.
- What areas does life coaching cover?
Motivational goals, health, relationships, career, stress, financial, students, children including special needs and their parents, adults.
